What vaccinations are required for dogs to attend Completely Daycare?To ensure the health and safety of all dogs, Completely Daycare requires proof of up-to-date vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and Bordetella (kennel cough).

Can I tour the facility before enrolling my dog?Absolutely! We encourage prospective clients to tour our facility before enrolling their dog. Simply contact us to schedule a convenient time for your visit.

How do you handle emergencies or medical situations?At Completely Daycare, we have trained staff members who are well-equipped to handle emergencies or medical situations. Our facility is also in close proximity to veterinary clinics for immediate attention if needed and we have access to our own remote vet

What types of activities do you offer for the dogs?We offer a variety of activities to keep your dog entertained and stimulated, including supervised group play, individual play sessions, walks, toys, and even enrichment activities like puzzle toys and agility courses.

Do you separate dogs by size or temperament?Yes, we prioritise the safety and comfort of all our furry guests. Dogs are separated into playgroups based on size, temperament, and activity level to ensure compatibility and prevent any conflicts. We will socialise different sized dogs at different times where appropriate, if this is something you do not wish us to do then please let us know.

What should I bring when dropping off my dog?When dropping off your dog, please bring any medications they may need, a leash and collar. We will be providing treats through the day so if there are any medical or dietary requirements be sure to let us know.
