At Completely Dogcare we pride ourselves on providing a safe environment for your dog to socialise, explore, learn, have fun and we will treat your dog like we would our own.

From time to time we will need to make decisions on your behalf. Any decisions we make is always for the benefit of the dogs, their families and the centre. Please read the below terms ad conditions so you are familiar with how our centre operates.

1. Completely Dogcare reserves the right to refuse services or admittance to any dog at any time.

2. I acknowledge there may be risks of illness and injury to my dog while participating in services provided by Completely Dogcare. By entrusting my dog to Completely Dogcare, I voluntarily assume these risks and agree not to hold Completely Dogcare liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury suffered by my dog arising from or related to its participation in the service offered by Completely Dogcare.

3. I release Completely Dogcare from any present or future liability arising from or related to my dog's participation in the service offered by Completely Dogcare. I agree to indemnify Completely Dogcare for any liability and/or costs incurred as a result of such claims.

4. In the event of illness or injury to my dog, Completely Dogcare may not notify me immediately.

5. In the event my dog requires urgent medical attention while under Completely Dogcare's care, and the designated emergency contact cannot be reached immediately, Completely Dogcare may seek veterinary attention without delay. I agree to bear all costs and expenses incurred as a result and indemnify Completely Dogcare accordingly.

6. In accordance with the ACT Animal Code of Practice, a euthanasia waiver is required if my dog suffers serious injury or illness. Completely Dogcare will make every effort to inform the owner/emergency contact promptly of any such incident. If euthanasia is recommended by a veterinarian and the owner or the listed emergency contact cannot be reached, euthanasia may be performed if further delays compromise my dog's welfare.

7. I accept full responsibility for any loss or damage caused by my dog to another dog, person, or property while under Completely Dogcare's care. I agree to indemnify Completely Dogcare for any liability or costs arising from such incidents.

8. Dog owners are responsible for labelling and providing any necessary personal belongings. Completely Dogcare will take reasonable care of the belongings but will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft.

9. I acknowledge that Completely Dogcare will take my dog out for walks away from the centre and this may sometimes be by motor vehicle

10. If required, I give authorisation for Completely Dogcare to transport my dog in a motor vehicle in accordance with legal requirements.

11. All dogs attending Completely Dogcare must be up to date on vaccinations and proof of the vaccination records must be provided upon registration prior to attending.

12. All dogs must be desexed and proof of desexing must be provided upon registration prior to attending. Dogs can attend until 6 months of age while entire.

13. Dogs should be in good health and free from any contagious diseases. If a dog shows signs of illness, we reserve the right to separate them from the group and request veterinary care.

14. I have disclosed any prior aggressive or threatening behaviour by my dog towards any person or other dog. Aggressive or overly dominant behaviour may result in refusal or removal from Completely Dogcare.

15. I understand that Completely Dogcare has a three strike and expulsion procedure if my dog displays any of the below behaviours;

• Aggressive behaviour towards another dog or human

• Excessive barking

• Escapism

• Intimidating behaviours

1. I acknowledge that Completely Dogcare operate between the hours of 7.30am – 6pm, Monday to Friday. Late pick-up (after 6pm) will incur a $30 charge.

2. Upon attending Completely Dogcare, I ensure my dog is wearing a well fitted collar with an identification tag.

3. Reservations along with full payment are required to guarantee a spot at Completely Dogcare. Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Notify us at woof@completelydogcare.com.au if your dog cannot attend. Failure to attend or cancelling late will result in full-day charges.

4. Refunds for services provided are at the discretion of Completely Dogcare and will not be issued for changes of mind.

5. Dog owners agree to photos being taken of their dog for the purpose of being published on social media or our website.

6. Completely Dogcare will only collect and use your personal information for record-keeping purposes. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to facilitate emergency veterinary care.

7. Completely Dogcare reserves the right to refuse services or admittance to any dog at any time for any reason, including but not limited to aggressive or dangerous behaviour, failure to comply with policies, or non-payment of fees.

8. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you through other means.

9. By enrolling your dog with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
